Born and raised on a farm in SW Minnesota and attending school in a two-room schoolhouse until ninth grade has given him a solid understanding of family and community. Having over 33 years of construction and real estate experience, he has a broad knowledge of what it takes to satisfy his clients. John is a realtor with the Centric Homes Team and is part of the 30 years of real estate experience and
dedication that the team brings to its clients. When he is not working with clients, finding them their dream home or getting their house sold, he spends his time traveling to new destinations, doing his wife’s house projects, and spending time on the golf course looking for that hole in one.

Kim understands what it is like to stand in her client’s shoes. Buying and selling houses on her own has afforded Kim a sensitivity towards her client’s journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through personal experience.
Now, a long-time resident of the area, having navigated her four children through the Andover school system, she serves her community by volunteering at her local fire department and is a certified EMT to further help her community. Kim loves gardening, reading, Biking, yoga and tandem jumping. Time with family, friends, and her two grandchildren are very important.
Kim is passionate about educating her buyers and sellers on the Real Estate process and is committed to this by supporting them every step of the way. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be
stressful, and as a full-time realtor she will works hard to minimize this and make each experience as carefree as possible through constant communication and being accessible whenever you need her.

Mike brings over 37 years of hospitality leadership and ensuring client satisfaction to the team. Over the years he has filled roles as Events Manager, Operations Director and most recently he was the Head of Colleague & Guest Experience for an award winning airport lounge brand and was instrumental in creating and training brand standards which resulted in a guest experience second to none. He is incorporating this level of service into the client experience for the Centric Homes Team.
He is an additional resource for our clients as he works with our team of realtors to ensure the client’s goals are achieved and assist in making each real estate transaction as seamless as possible and memorable for all the right reasons. In addition to assisting with clients he also works with building brand awareness, supports the team with innovative and creative ideas and plans events and initiatives for our clients, business partners and families to reinforce the importance of building solid relationships which will foster growth and show that the Centric Homes Team is “Centered on you and your home”.
